• Did you selected the right bluetooth device?
• is the device still correctly paired?
• is the OOBD dongle powered? Do its LED flash?
• Are you close enough to the dongle?
• On Android: Did you turn off “Automatic Screen turn” in the Android System Settings. Turning the sceen disconnects Bluetooth ( Bug#36)
